Photos: TV reporter shot colleagues dead on Live TV, posts video online...

Bryce Williams who shot Alison Parker and Adam Ward live on TV blames Charleston shootings
41-year-old Vester Lee Flanagan, killed fellow reporters on live TV, Alison Parker, 24 and 27-year-old cameraman Adam Ward. The pair were murdered while filming for WDBJ at 6.45am in Moneta, Virginia alongside local Vicki Gardener who was rushed to the hospital for surgery after being hit in the back.

Unfortunately, Parker and Ward died at the scene. Flanagan had worked for WDBJ but was fired two years ago and escorted from the station's building after spats with coworkers.

The suspect then used Twitter to post a video of the attacks alongside a rambling explanation while police hunted him and he also sent 23-page suicide note to news station saying he was motivated by the Charleston church killings, that he bought the handgun he used two days ago and that his bullets 'have the victim's names written on them'

Flanagan's car was eventually found after five hours by deputies after he shot himself, and later died from his injuries at 1:30pm.

After fleeing the scene, Flanagan allegedly wrote these tweets after killing Parker and Ward Wednesday morning in Moneta, Virginia

Parker, 24 (pictured), graduated from James Madison University just three years ago. Cameraman Ward, 27, was engaged to a new producer on the show
